1. Early Bird Lists
Don't wait until Black Friday to start ads. Spend October building a "VIP Waitlist." "Sign up to get the Black Friday deals 24 hours before the public." This builds a massive, cheap email list that you can blast on launch day for high-margin sales.
2. Bundling for AOV
Ad costs are high. Selling a $20 product is suicide. You need to sell a $60 Bundle. "The Holiday Kit." "The Gift Set." Increasing Average Order Value (AOV) allows you to outbid competitors who are selling single items.
3. Post-Purchase Upsells
The sale isn't over at checkout. Use One-Click Upsells (Zipify, ReConvert) to offer complementary products immediately after the credit card is charged. "Add a case for 20% off?" This is pure profit.
4. Shipping Transparency
In 2025, "Will it arrive by Christmas?" is the #1 objection. Put shipping deadlines in your ad copy and on your banner. "Order by Dec 15th for Xmas Delivery."
