Share a Looker Studio link with your client/boss. "Here is your live view. I don't need to send you a PDF. Check it on Sunday night if you want."
What to visualize
- Pacing: Budget spent vs. Budget planned. (e.g., "We are 50% through the month but have spent 70% of budget!").
- Blended CPA: Total Spend / Total Sales across ALL channels. The one number that matters.
- Creative Performance: A table showing Top 5 Best and Top 5 Worst ads by CPA.
The Value of Automation
